Maintain cleanliness and organization of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars: sweep, mop, break down boxes and take out the trash.

Ensure beverages are properly stocked before, during and after your shift: Berg liquor system, kegs of beer, wine, soda, and CO2.

Make certain change slips and drop envelopes are available at each bar.

Stock bars with alcoholic beverages: liquor, wine, beer, drink mixes and non-alcoholic beverages: soda juices, and carbon dioxide at bars using FIFO rotation system.

Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars filling ice bins, etc.

Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars.
